Charlie Classics is a reading program for Poplar Bluff students that has been operating since 1990. Students can receive gift cards for reading classics from both junior high and senior high lists and potentially win a $2,000 scholarship for reading 100 classics. The “nuts and bolts” of the program will be explained.
