About me
Moriah Joplin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Central Methodist University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri. Prior to her clinical work, Moriah was a dual-sport athlete who finished her basketball career playing for Three Rivers College as a Lady Raider. Moriah also has several years experience as an elementary basketball coach and enjoys being involved in sports, whether as coach, volunteer, or parent.
In her professional roles, Moriah has previous experience as a forensic interviewer at a Child Advocacy Center, mental health therapist at FCC Behavioral Health (FCCBH), and currently serves as the Training Officer at FCCBH. Moriah provides various training within her organization and surrounding communities on topics including Self-care and Wellness, Mental Health Disorders, Trauma-informed Care, Compassion Fatigue, and Sensory Needs.
